Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I found the free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in reception to be a VERY nice surprise. I felt charmed!

The heavy fire doors on the rooms made for a somewhat restless night. I could hear late arrivals, and early departures quite clearly. It was a bit distracting.

The staff were cute and very helpful. They answered my questions. The beds were comfortable and the room was lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect.

The air conditioning did not work well. Only a fan was provided as an alternative. Windows could not be opened. This made the room very hot, so I had a bit of trouble sleeping.
