a haven of simple pleasures

warm staff cosy touch comfortable beds convenient parking

the staff showed such warmth and care. the 24 hour hot drink machine added a cosy touch. i found the beds fairly comfortable after a long day. convenient parking added ease to my experience.

The ventilation in the rooms requires attention. The air felt a bit stale.

Fantastic Stay, Great Value!

Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I found the free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in reception to be a VERY nice surprise. I felt charmed!

The heavy fire doors on the rooms made for a somewhat restless night. I could hear late arrivals, and early departures quite clearly. It was a bit distracting.

excellent location warm staff tasty options

The hotel's location proved convenient. I found the reception staff warm and cute.. providing clear directions to nearby attractions. Breakfast was a good surprise.. with a wide selection of tasty options.

The air conditioning unit made a slight noise periodically.

the room was very clean and well-kept, i appreciated that. the staff was helpful and friendly, they answered all my questions! the underground car park felt secure, a welcome bonus. a hot drinks machine in reception was a nice touch, i used it often.

they did not have toothbrushes available, even though the website said they should

The staff were cute and very helpful. They answered my questions. The beds were comfortable and the room was lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect.

The air conditioning did not work well. Only a fan was provided as an alternative. Windows could not be opened. This made the room very hot, so I had a bit of trouble sleeping.

i found the room very clean. the bed was comfy, so i sleep well. breakfast offered fresh fruit. the hotel had easy on site parking.

the staff did not seem so friendly. they lack cute.
